Warm Tips
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). If the delivery are rejected by the customer (except in the case of damaged goods) or in the case of unsigned for goods, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs incurred in returning the delivery. So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
