If you're not absolutely in love with your Flexchic order, we would like to make it simple as possible. Here is more information about our returns policy.

1. What if I received a damaged item?

 If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage garment and email customer service immediately at contact@flexchic.com. Please don't reject the package directly. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the logistics service provider's warehouse and we will not be able to process the return directly.

2. How long is the return window?

Orders can be returned up to 15 days after your order has shipped.
Please note that we don't accept returns after the 15-day period. Therefore, if an item that needs to be returned is returned after the 15 day window, we may have to return it to your default delivery address and you will be liable for the delivery costs.

3. What condition does the returned item need to be?

All returned products must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. And all returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories (gloves, removable straps, etc.)
Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, etc), will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Some things to note

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned. (Bikinis, Swimwear, Underwear, Sportswear)

To avoid items to be returned being damaged in transit for delivery, remember to take care to pack your return package properly. We are not responsible for any returns until they reach our returns address.

5. How to return/exchange products?

Please contact us if you want to request a return label to return item(s). 9 USD for a shipping label, which we'll deduct directly from your refund.
Return labels are only available for the countries listed: USA / UK(Except Northern Ireland) / Germany / Austria / Belgium / Netherlands / France / Denmark / Luxembourg / Poland / Czech Republic / Slovakia / Ireland / Finland.
Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise no refund will be given!
If you want to change to a more expensive product, you need to pay the difference. If the replacement is less expensive than the original, we’ll refund the difference back to you(in case of quality problems with the clothes).

6. How long do refunds usually take?

Print your return label and send back the original item. Once you have received the original item back and confirmed that the product is in good condition, we will refund any remaining balance to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
